YEAST COOKING AT HOME

YEAST COOKING AT HOMEYeast can be prepared in several ways. The most common will be the next. Half cups flour diluted in 150 ml of warm water and left at room temperature.

To this mixture daily for three days, pour a tablespoon of warm water. On the fourth day of the mass put on a small fire and boil. After it has cooled, pour a tablespoon of flour and stir well.

Over the next two days, pour another tablespoon of flour per day. The mixture was covered with a towel, and held for two days at a temperature of 20-22 degrees, and then used as well as compressed yeast. The shelf life of the mixture in the refrigerator for no more than ten days.

Good yeast derived from hops. Two tablespoons of dried hop cones poured two cups of boiling water and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. The broth is filtered and again bring to a boil. In a clean bowl pour a glass and pour in the flour, stirring constantly, hot decoction of hops. Dishes with a mixture of cover with a towel and held for two days in a warm place.

When mixing the dough in a glass of yeast takes three cups of flour.

Before putting the remaining yeast in the fridge, they pour a cup of flour and leave in a warm place for about four hours. The composition is stored for two to three days.

A further use of yeast is diluted with warm water and the glass is kept in a warm place for two hours. When kneading dough proportions remain the same as when using the newly prepared.
